Responsibilities

• Monitoring inbox and adding new authorization requests to Bolt
• Requesting Authorizations within 1 business day of being added to tracker
• As possible, avoiding phone calls to insurance- utilizing portals and faxes
• Following up on each authorization until approval
• Entering authorization information into NH and saving copy of approval
• Updating Bolt with approval information
• Collaborating with all team members as needed
• Covering for team members as needed
• Attending required meetings
• Responding timely to all emails
• Communicating any and all challenges to direct supervisor
