Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on investment and real estate.

In this role, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, project budgets, monthly reports, job costing, and cash management across all projects. You will also be responsible for enhancing company accounting policies, maintaining robust internal controls, and collaborating with independent accountants on tax returns. Furthermore, you will lead the effective utilization and development of accounting software solutions.

As a key member of the management team, you will provide strategic leadership in financial planning, risk management, and budget oversight, significantly impacting the company's direction and success.

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is essential
  • Familiarity with Argus Investment Analysis and Vena Solutions is advantageous
