Project Engineer

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer for a large civil engineering company.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, engineering design, and construction oversight. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform engineering design and analysis to support project objectives.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
