The Account Manager is responsible for identifying the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. We welcome candidates from the Home, Fashion, Apparel, and/or Accessories industry. We welcome recent college graduates.

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining retail accounts by supporting the Head of Sales and Merchandising.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to compile information.
- Create item set ups-both with the retailer and internally.
- Follow up with orders by coordinating with Sourcing and Packaging teams.
- Drive assigned projects to completion-tracking results and exceeding expectations
- Respond to and engage with clients via email, web portal & phone as needed
- Communicate with Sales team on issues and concerns raised by customers
- Attend sales meetings/conference calls, Market Week, assist in projects and create PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop knowledge of the Sales function including merchandise selection, testing, displays, etc.
- Other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of account, relationship, client, or partner management experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and shift priorities quickly
- Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn home textiles
- Proficient in MS Office suite; excellent Excel skills, building PowerPoint presentations.
