Position Title: BUSINESS ANALYST

Location: CORPORATE OFFICE - HOUSTON TX

FLSA Class: EXEMPT

Location: Houston (required in office)

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, analysis, and problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and building reports.
• Support the integration of business intelligence tools and data visualization solutions.
• Assist in documenting processes, findings, and recommendations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity in SQL for querying and analyzing structured datasets.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
  

Other Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based databases.
• Previous projects showcasing data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO.
