Description

LiveU is looking for a talented Order Management Specialist to join our team in New Jersey.

We're looking for a motivated and diligent team player, that can give great service to our worldwide customers, and be the one that Liaise between Sales and internal departments.

LiveU is a leader in live IP-video solutions for the world's top broadcasters, sports, public safety and other organizations. With over 5,000 customers in over 150 countries, LiveU is the brand name used to cover every major news and sports event, from the US Presidential Election campaign to the Summer and Winter Games.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage international & multi-business model orders including correct and timely order entry in ERP. This will include the verification that such orders comply with company policies and are entered properly into the system to allow post sale processing (fulfilment, billing and post-sale support).
  • Support the sales cycle of muti business model orders – ORDER to Cash: receive and verify orders accuracy, orders entry, distributing orders to the operations team and follow up on inventory, backlog and shipment.
  • Manage related databases, ERP and Salesforce
  • Implement policies and relevant procedures to support sales operational efficiency.
  • Act as interface between Sales Reps, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Sales Operations regarding data accuracy and data updates.
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports
  • Administrative support to Sales
  • Supporting events and projects as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (degree in Business, Technology, Finance or equivalent is preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Order Management processes
  • Computer skills: ERP a must (Priority an advantage), Excel and Salesforce experience
  • Good analytic and synthesis skills. Experience in creating and analyzing reports to provide input on results.
  • Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details, follow-up and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with a team in High Pace Changing environment.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Languages - Spanish or/and Hebrew will be an advantage.
