- Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with patient mobility (such as patient movement, repositioning, and transfers) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Active CNA license in MA.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a long term care setting
