The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for leading and maintaining manufacturing facility utility systems, including HVAC, RODI, Pre-Treatment Skid, and more. Responsibilities involve addressing alarms, maintenance issues, and identifying areas for improvement. Upholding safety protocols, providing technical support, and documenting work are key. Flexibility for on-call and weekend shifts based on business needs.
This position reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the facilities department located in Shrewsbury, MA and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:
- Perform daily rounds of plant utilities, monitor BMS and ensure all equipment is operating and maintained per Cytiva guidelines.
- Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building utilities, completing assigned work orders in a timely manner.
- Investigate equipment failures and perform repairs, including loss of electrical power and other building disruptions.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Facility/Manufacturing Equipment Technician in a regulated environment such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience operating, monitoring, or maintaining a Building Management System for a controlled environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively with peers at various levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel amongst sites: Shrewsbury 90% / other local sites 10%
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Facilities/Maintenance certification or trade certification preferred.
- State license in requisite trades preferred.
- Grade 2 Wastewater Operator preferred.
