The Complex Director of Human Resources will be based out of and have primary responsibilities in two different hotels. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a Director of Human Resources for one property and excited to move into multi-hotel HR management.

A strong predictor of success for the Director of Human Resources will be the ability to:

• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple hotels
• Develop cohesion with internal customers and maximize each one’s potential
• Aggressively ensure employee engagement exceeds our company's average
• Successfully interact with all key leaders and staff across the hotel, within the Human Resource discipline, and key corporate staff
  
  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention, and Compliance – your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for success
• Staff Optimization – develop a plan for all new hires so they understand their mission and have the tools to offer unparalleled service, satisfaction, and success within their first 90 days
• Develop and execute a plan to drive the brand and Crestline culture – we value each other, our guests, our business partners, and our environment
• Develop a strong working partnership with local Crestline hotels as well as Corporate HR –we all work together towards a shared goal!
  
  

Education And Experience

• Solid 5-6 years of related industry experience -- you have been on-property and understand the ins and outs of the hotel business
• Computer skills required – must be knowledgeable in the usage of all Microsoft Office products
• Strong written communication skills
