As a District Manager at Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center, you'll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence. You will have the opportunity to develop and mentor a team of Center Managers, Wax Specialists, and Guest Service Associates; helping them each achieve their personal best.

This is a full-time position, 40+ hours a week, with competitive base salary and bonus potential. The position is highly sales-driven, and you control your earnings.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 years minimum of multi-unit management experience
  • Position requires 75% travel (driving-distance)
  • Proven ability to manage financial statements & KPIs
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on business trends across all centers
  • Strong leadership and development skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Highly resourceful and flexible individual with a natural ability to solve problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Overseeing in-center operations by working directly with Center Managers
  • Holding in-center teams accountable for their performance and job duties
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to optimize operational processes and increase in-center service sales and ticket volumes
  • Coaching Center Managers to effectively develop strategic plans to ensure Company expectations are met
  • Supporting Center Managers with regular job duties such as recruiting, employee training, employee relations, facilities management, inventory, and managing guest complaints
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Ensure annual objectives are met with carefully designed strategic plans
  • Providing direction and support to underperforming centers
  • Celebrating successes across centers.
