Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the visual direction of key projects, and create compelling designs that align with our brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across multiple platforms including digital, print, and social media
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries including brand standards
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate creative decisions
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Optimize workflows and implement processes to improve team efficiency
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite for general business purposes and creating templates
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different media and project types
• Excellence in typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong project management and organizational skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Background in branding and identity design
• Understanding of accessibility standards in design
