The Team Allied Manager Marketing/Graphic Design position exists to plan and coordinate marketing programs by determining the demand for products and services offered by Team Allied and its competitors and identify potential customers. The position will develop marketing and design strategies with the goal of maximizing Team Allied profits and/or share of the market.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year bachelors degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design, Marketing or related field or equivalent Graphic Design certification or job experience

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations including, flyers, catalogs, calendars, multimedia content and other media as needed. This will include taking photos as needed and retouching them.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, font, style and size
- Manage external printers to ensure budgets, deadlines and the highest quality printing standards are met.
- Work with manufacturers to ensure approved use of intellectual property when used in Team Allied marketing materials.
- Maintain and create digital print and multimedia assets.
- Maintain company social media accounts
- Travel to other company locations, tradeshows and ongoing educational opportunities may be required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of communications media.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform via written, oral and visual media.
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) for design and daily work activities
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources.

- Monday Friday from approx. 7:00AM 4:00PM
- Position is eligible for Telecommuting 2-3 days per week
