Role Insight

We're on the lookout for independent contractors who embody self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational prowess. Candidates should be capable of autonomous operation, adept in executing comprehensive medical exams. Tasks include conducting blood draws, recording medical histories, taking vital signs, collecting saliva samples, and performing 12-lead EKGs, all within the client's home or office. Adherence to compliance, safety policies, and confidentiality in client information handling is paramount.

  • Earn Competitive Rates: Receive $19.00 for each completed exam, with opportunities for performance-based increases. Compensation is distributed bi-monthly through direct deposit for all completed exams.

Equipment And Resources

  • Available cutting-edge medical equipment like tablets, EKG machines, and centrifuges, either for rent or purchase.
  • Personal medical equipment usage is subject to consideration.

Professional Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year of phlebotomy experience and competence in vital signs assessment.
  • Proficiency with tablets/computers and scanners is essential. Experience with diverse patient demographics, from pediatric to geriatric, is advantageous.
  • EKG experience is favorable.
  • Candidates will be subject to reference checks, background verification, and drug testing.

Desired Educational Background

  • High School Diploma/GED, complemented by certifications in Phlebotomy, Medical Assistance, EMT, LVN, or RN.
