Key Responsibilities

• Landscaping & Maintenance:
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
• Assist with lawn maintenance, mulching, and weed control.
• Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Equipment Operation:
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and rakes.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Site Preparation & Cleanup:
• Assist with grading, leveling, and soil preparation for landscaping projects.
• Dig trenches and prepare areas for plant installation or hardscaping.
• Keep job sites clean and free of debris.
• Safety & Teamwork:
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Foreman.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• No prior experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks such as kneeling, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• A valid driver's license is a plus.
