Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Desk Lead Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations while driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales expertise to ensure smooth front desk operations, high guest satisfaction, and achievement of sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations & Leadership:

  • Supervise front desk staff, ensuring top-tier customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance service quality and sales performance.
  • Handle escalated guest issues, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Maintain front desk policies, procedures, and best practices for smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.


Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets related to upselling, membership programs, or other revenue-driven goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room upgrades, extended stays, or ancillary services.
  • Motivate and train front desk staff to actively promote and sell hotel or business services.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Build relationships with guests and local businesses to drive repeat business and referrals.


Administrative & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), including guest satisfaction, sales conversions, and team performance.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions, sales efforts, and guest interactions.
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or customer service industries.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in front desk software, CRM tools, and basic financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
