The Marketing Manager at OuterFactor is responsible for leading our marketing efforts across digital, product, channel, and content marketing. This is a 100% remote role and reports directly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Execution

· Own, develop, and execute marketing strategy and growth opportunities for the company.

· Serve as the subject matter expert across the entire marketing funnel.

· Manage and own the relationship with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals, brand strategy, and campaign execution.

Content Creation & Branding

· Create engaging content for digital channels including web and social.

· Develop high-quality visual and written content for marketing campaigns, sales materials, and product promotions.

· Oversee and manage the design and execution of the company’s website redesign.

Trade Show & Event Marketing

· Design and develop marketing materials, booth setups, and visuals for trade shows, client events, and conferences.

· Manage the logistics and branding strategy for event-based marketing initiatives.

What to Expect:

We are looking for a highly driven, self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You should be comfortable managing projects independently, problem-solving proactively, and identifying opportunities without direct input. A typical day may include:

- Managing social media, analyzing engagement, and adjusting tactics

- Monitoring key performance indicators (brand awareness, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion)

- Overseeing eCommerce, website, SEO, and SEM initiatives

- Creating and managing co-marketing initiatives with partners

- Leading design and project management for the website redesign

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing

· Strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

· Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

· Experience with marketing automation tools.

· Proven ability to manage design projects.
