ImageFIRST is a rapidly growing private equity held, healthcare laundry services business, evolving itself into a top of class, organization with a strong cultural footprint, a focus on continuous improvement and recognition of the need for new levels of discipline and execution, across the company. We are seeking an experienced, high impact leader to join our HR Talent team as our VP, On-Boarding and Orientation. This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying a series of on-boarding and orientation processes and experiences for ImageFIRST Associates across the company. He/she will report to the Senior VP Talent, and partner with senior leaders and managers across the company to ensure that the “experience” created, addresses the demographic profile of our Associate base, and reflects and reinforces our company culture, values and growth vision.
This Leader will have a level of visibility requiring a thoughtful, balanced and collaborative approach to developing the process and materials, training and deployment plans for these two key processes. The position may operate out of any of our three key regional offices including: King of Prussia, PA, Elmsford, NY or Chicago, IL and will entail 30% travel.
- Developing onboarding and orientation programs: Working with Learning & Development and Communications and a Field project team to vision and design comprehensive onboarding and orientation project plans that cover all aspects of the company, including company culture, values, benefits, policies and specific job-related training.
- Developing key onboarding and orientation tools and training: Working with Learning & Development and Communications to develop core onboarding and orientation materials and tools that reflect and reinforce our company values, customer commitment and growth vision for the use of our Operating and HR Field Leaders and Associates.
- Ensuring that all elements of New Associate offer an ImageFIRST Way welcome, orientation, induction and training.Building Networks: Establishing credibility, positive relationships and influence capability with Leaders and Associates.Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and updating onboarding and orientation materials and processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company culture and goals..
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, psychology or related field.Master preferred.
- 5-8 + years business/HR experience in a leadership role
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of how to use analytics to enable data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
