Your Role

• Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate trade professionals and vendors for smooth workflow
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on tenant fit-outs
• Expertise in healthcare projects is a plus (medical, dental & veterinary)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
