PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and provide strategic partnership within our organization, particularly in the medical device manufacturing space. The ideal candidate brings experience working in this industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Implement HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support managers with coaching, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in talent acquisition efforts, working closely with the recruitment team on critical roles.
  • Conduct business trips to support local HR initiatives and team development
  • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
  • Lead and participate in HR Projects.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnership, preferably in the Medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and build trusted relationships.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of organizational needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related challenges within the business.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in developing trust and fostering effective working relationships with leaders and team members.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements, particularly in regulated industries like medical device manufacturing.
  • Change Management: Experience in guiding teams through organizational change and fostering a positive culture.
