As we continue to pursue new goals, it's an exciting time to join the Bragg team. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in our Reno, NV branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Management: Handle accounts receivables, collections, payables, and invoicing.
  • Sales and Dispatch Support: Provide internal sales support and serve as dispatch back-up.
  • Reception Duties: Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; receive and direct visitors and clients.
  • Filing and Administration: Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and office administration. Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Tax and Reconciliation: Manage tax filing, IFTA, fuel tax, and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Certifications and Renewals: Handle business license renewals, crane certifications, and over-dimensional & state certifications.
  • HR Support: Prepare and submit new hire I9 paperwork to HR.
  • Correspondence Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Supply Management: Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Record Coordination: Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking, and petty cash.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency in basic math operations and data sorting.
  • Office Equipment: Knowledge of standard office equipment operation.
  • Clerical Procedures: Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
  • Office Administration: Knowledge of basic office administration principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the construction services industry.

Work Environment

  • Physical Conditions: Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas.

  • Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour (The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual hourly rate will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience)
