This role involves managing a team, streamlining operations, and maintaining top-notch service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of both bars and food service areas, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
- Oversee Stadium Social VIP sales and operations
- Manage Top Golf Swing Suite sales and operations
- Monitor inventory levels for alcohol, beverages, food, and supplies, and reorder as necessary.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage the bar’s financials, including tracking revenue, expenses, and adhering to budget guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of bartenders, servers, and other bar personnel.
- Assign shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Foster a positive, motivating work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for staff development.
- Ensure all customers receive excellent service by handling any customer complaints, issues, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure both bars and the food service area maintain a clean, inviting, and safe environment.
- Oversee the scheduling and promotion of special events such as live sports broadcasts, happy hours, or other entertainment.
- Coordinate sales collateral, messaging and event programming and planning with property marketing department
- Oversee and manage the ordering of alcohol, mixers, food, and bar supplies in accordance with company policies and financial objectives.
- Review, analyze and speak to monthly financial performance/reporting
- Coordinate promotional events, happy hours, game day specials, and other strategies to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service, food handling, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe environment for both employees and guests by enforcing health and safety standards.
- Monitor and ensure that the venue operates within the legal requirements related to alcohol service and licensing.
- Develop and manage budgets for both bars, food service, and operations.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expenses.
- Implement cost-control strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining the quality of service.
- Minimum 5 years minimum in restaurant management role, with at least 2 years in a preferably in a high-volume sports bar or similar environment.
- Knowledge of sports and the ability to prioritize real time sports coverage on broadcasting sports events is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 21 years or older.

- Must be able to move in and around the work area throughout the entire workday.

- Must be able to engage and interact with all guests appropriately and work well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to successfully communicate on a regular basis with all co-workers, vendors, and guests both in person and over the telephone.
- Must be able to answer all inquiries and provide assistance and information in a professional and accurate manner.
- Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a bar; to include ability to tolerate changes in temperature, frequent immersion of hands in water, cleaning, and sanitizing solutions.
- Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must possess the manual dexterity to operate the following equipment:
- Point of sale, glasswasher, mixing utensils and other bar related equipment.
- Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye hand coordination
