    • 5:00pm-10:30pm
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour

We provide comprehensive community-based services that help people thrive while realizing and choosing their goals. We provide opportunities, support and integration within our community. Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.

Who We Need

We are currently looking for a full time Residential Support Counselor to join our County Residential team.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
  • Staff are also responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.
  • Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed.
  • Must drive 15 passenger vans to transport clients.

What You Need

  • High school diploma
  • no experience required!
  • Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence)
  • Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • Someone who has a passion for working with individuals with a mental illness or a willingness to learn.
