WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A $1,000 NEW HIRE RETENTION BONUS!

Makotek guarantees a minimum introductory base rate of $17/hr for the first 30 days of employment before transitioning to a production-based pay scale.

Makotek, an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable, is currently seeking Field Collections Representatives to join our team in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas. We have immediate openings available for motivated individuals looking to build a rewarding career.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Field Collections Representative, you will:

• Travel to customers’ residences to facilitate payment arrangements for past-due accounts.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while securing outstanding balances.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors and management.
• Adhere to all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations, including COVID-19 safety guidelines.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
• Possess an active driver’s license.
• Own a cell phone for communication and work purposes.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain communication with the General Manager/Supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly paychecks
• Production-based pay with expected earnings of $800 - $1,000 per week
• Paid training
• Mileage compensation

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 5-day work week, up to 40 hours
• Evening shifts available (work until 8:00 PM)
