Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or equivalent experience in Adult Facilitation, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Training and Development role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify critical skills and knowledge gaps across different departments
- Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, identifying their impact on training needs
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with identified needs and business objectives
- Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive training experiences
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, simulations, and e-learning modules
- Select and implement appropriate training methods, considering cost-effectiveness and learner preferences
- Deliver training programs in various formats, including classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training
- Utilize effective facilitation and instructional techniques to maximize learning outcomes
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
- Maintain training documentation and records
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively
- Stay informed about emerging training technologies and methodologies as well as a strong business acumen
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new training initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive training approach
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
- Experience with engineering-to-order manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to develop engaging and interactive training experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training development software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
