- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with performance management activities, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines and ADA accommodations
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and professional growth
- 2+ years of experience in human resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace
- This is not a remote position
