Our Recruiting Team plays a vital role in shaping exceptional teams at Roblox and driving our future growth. At the center of the recruiting experience is our Recruiting Coordination team, who handle everything from scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data and helping improve internal processes all while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the next stage of Roblox's success! This position is a six-month short-term employment with the opportunity to be considered for extension and/or full-time employment pending performance and business needs.

This is a hybrid position based in our San Mateo, CA offices.

You Will

• Partner with members of our recruiting and hiring teams to create a phenomenal candidate experience
• Manage the candidate interview process including scheduling a high-volume of interviews and being the contact for day-of questions
• Greeting, hosting, and managing the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews
• Communicate consistently with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects within the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting department
  
  

You Have

• 1+ years of work experience
• Experience working in a high-volume scheduling or calendar coordinator role
• Preferred experience working with ModernLoop
• Preferred experience working with Greenhouse
• The ability to work with multiple people at any given time - you're a team player
• Pride in your superb attention to detail
• An eye for process: You're constantly looking for ways to make things work more effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
  

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to this position.

Hourly Pay Range

$36—$36 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
