What Your Day Looks Like as a Home Health Director
- Lead and inspire a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to exceptional care.
- Use your clinical expertise or business acumen to uphold the highest standards in client care and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with employees, referral sources, and community partners to expand and grow our Medicare Certified Home Health Office.
- Drive operational success by overseeing business development, recruiting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Ensure excellence by monitoring service quality, staff training, and compliance to maximize client satisfaction.
If you’re ready to make a lasting impact and thrive in a leadership role, you may be the perfect fit if you have:
- At least 2 years of progressive healthcare management experience
- A BSN or MHA degree
- Management experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care Agency
- A track record of success , meeting and exceeding goals while driving positive outcomes
- A solid understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation
