Your Role as a Business Coach

• Work directly with business owners, helping them optimize their operations, increase profitability, and build systems that allow them to scale.
• Use the ActionCOACH framework to deliver coaching programs and strategies that drive measurable results.

Compensation / Schedule:

• Full-time position - 8:30AM – 5:30PM (very limited nights and weekends)

• Annual Salary $60,000-$70,000 plus performance bonuses, benefits and paid training
