This great opportunity will allow you to develop your leadership skills while helping consumers sort out their automotive needs, creating both personal and financial goals.
Your Daily Work Schedule
- You will continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; knows the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies for new and used cars.
- You will develop relationships with customers to build a client-base for life.
- You will exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits using dealership’s CRM, phone, text and email.
- You will perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- You will follow up with buyers to ensure a successful referral business.
- You will learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- You will become a team leader by helping the sales team achieve their goals set by management.
- You will report directly to the Senior Management team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyzes.
- You will bring leadership, ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every single day.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Toyota in a professional manner.
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.
- You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic while leading.
- You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- You have at least three years of prior employment in the automotive industry.
- You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- You have strong computer and multitasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office.
- You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
- You have shown stability in the job industry, growing in each position you worked.
