Minimum requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of electrical experience. Must have low and high voltage experience
• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably heavy industrial experience)
• Leadership experience
  
  

Essential duties/responsibilities:

• Leads/manages all aspects of the Aiken Plant Maintenance function. Will supervise a team of up to 15 electricians.
• Responsible for leading maintenance engineering and craft labor resources to meet established goals and objectives.
• Implementing effective plant maintenance programs to ensure the proper installation, operation and reliability of all plant production and utility equipment, developing and implementing department budgets, plant environmental systems compliance, implementation of safety programs.
• Partner with production leader and resources to achieve plant operational and corporate goals.
• Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task.
