Volare Health is now hiring for a VP of Recruitment. As Volare's VP of Recruitment, you will be a senior leader responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet Volare's business objectives.
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $125K - $145K (DOE - Salaried)

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Volare’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and address talent needs across all levels of the organization. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Set goals and objectives for the recruitment team and hold them accountable for results.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Have continuous process improvement within the team and training initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, local schools, community initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the company's employer brand and values to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment budget effectively.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
- Extensive experience with at least 5-7 years in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of long-term care, SNF settings, clinical positions.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
