We are currently seeking a contract-to-hire Digital Marketing Strategist who is ready to dive into the world of all things digital marketing, work with our diverse portfolio of clients, and collaborate with our talented team of creatives and techies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a willingness to provide creative, effective solutions for ourclients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to company websites and generate leads/sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify key opportunities for digital campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and influencers, to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work with leadership/team to foster a positive work environment
- Maintain a 70% billable rate within the department
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years digital marketing and/or agency experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing strategies including (but not limited to): Social Media Management, Content Writing, SEO & Keywording, Google Ads Management, GA4, Email Marketing, GeoMarketing & Retargeting
- Working knowledge of WordPress, SEM Rush, and Canva
- Willingness to learn/grow on the job, and in some cases, on your own
- Creative mindset and ability to “think outside the box”
- Ability to be proactive and work in a fast paced environment
- Job Type: contract-to-hire (potential to grow into full time, salaried position after trial period)
- Initial expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
- Schedule: between 7 and 5 Monday through Friday
- Work Location: Hybrid (office in Green Bay, WI)
- Pay: pending qualifications
