Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
2 year / Associate Degree in Business/Leadership or similar degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
2 years of experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting. (Required)
Experience must include having performed two or more of the following job duties: patient flow, customer service, and oversight of / monitoring patient care delivered, use of electronic medical records (EMR).
Other Medical Office Experience May Be Considered. (Required)

Essential Functions
KNOWLEDGE OF WORKERS COMPENSATION, EMPLOYER SERVICES AND VARIOUS REGULATING AGENCIES:
Displays a working knowledge of pertinent regulatory agency requirements, such as State Board of Worker's Comp, OSHA, DOT, etc.
Meets challenges with resourcefulness.
Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.
Technology And Equipment Use
Demonstrates technical skill in using equipment appropriate for role.
Understands equipment operation.
Maintains equipment in working order.
Troubleshoots equipment problems.
Uses technology to increase productivity.
Adapts to new technology
Clinic Team Lead Responsibilities
Partners with the Practice Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
Provides coordination and oversight of his/her assigned clinic.
Display confidence in the tasks and the team to help instill confidence in the team members.
Provide a welcoming environment daily by serving as the champion for patient care.
Support the Practice Manager in all retention efforts.
Assign tasks and provide training when necessary to maximize the patient experience.
Document the progress of each employee (including new hires).
Prevent and resolve conflict when it arises and alerts the Practice Manager when needed.
Must show integrity and lead by example to gain the trusted, respect, and appreciation of the team.
Display verbal and nonverbal communication skills to partner with the Practice Manager, Patients, and Clinical Staff.
Additional Duties
Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization.
Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self education, attends ongoing educational programs).
Attends staff meetings and completes mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.
Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.
Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
