Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Full Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program in the Terre Haute, IN area.
Scope of Practice Includes:
Both inpatient (in the hospital) and Wound care center work. Union Hospital in the Terre Haute, IN area.
Opportunity to work 1 day/week, if we need, SNF coverage with our Post Acute Care Team.

Opportunity to work 1 day/week, if we need, SNF coverage with our Post Acute Care Team.
Our Wound Care Center includes:
- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:
- Cellulitis therapy
- Compression therapy
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Infection management and prevention
- Wound cleaning
- Wound dressing
- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 40 hours a week
- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
- Compensation Model is base salary. Plus bonus
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

- Clear and Active IN State license
- Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
- DEA License
- 1 year of NP experience is a must
- Must have procedure experience - simple sutures, I&D's...
- Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. Base+Bonus=Range of $115K-$175K/year
