- Work with nursing and primary care clinicians foster the integration of BH and primary care
- Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Lead team behavioral health team meetings including the involvement of psychiatric prescribers for the assigned team
- Participate in program development activities
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling
- Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
