Project Manager – SaaS (Software Release)

Location: Sandy, UT (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Industry: SaaS | Financial Services

Employment Type: Full-Time

CV Resources is partnering with a leading SaaS provider in the Financial Services space to identify a Project Manager to drive the execution of a major software release. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Executive Board, offering the opportunity to lead, organize, and track a key product update over the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of a major software release, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify, define, document, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Hold development teams and external partners accountable to ensure project success.
• Work closely with an IT Director, while reporting directly to the Executive Board.
• Maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or software development environment.
• Proven ability to manage software release cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience engaging executives and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools.
• Ability to drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and solve complex problems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services or credit union industry is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a bonus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
