Position Type
- Full-time (37-40 hours per week)
- Test prototypes to ensure a product's functionality, design and features.
- Test files in different machines to ensure quality of the product on each step.
- Test quality of fabric, stabilizer, and thread for machine embroidery projects.
- Proactively follow the execution of all product details.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of spec sheets for assigned products.
- Manage and approve photo samples.
- Review samples and clearly communicate changes to ensure timely completion of each project.
- Attend relevant meetings such as vision meetings.
- Take step by step photos for instructions.
- Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Read technical specifications and assist in the creation of easy to read how-to documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- 2-3 years experience with sewing/machine embroidery.
- High attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to act proactively and identify innovative solutions with a passion for product.
- Ability to manage cross functional projects.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
