UX Designer Assistant

We specialize in providing innovative solutions for the aviation industry, from aircraft design and manufacturing to maintenance and repair services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, and we are looking for a UX Designer Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:

This role is classified as an entry-level position. As a UX Designer Assistant, you will work closely with our UX Designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services. You will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and testing of user interfaces, as well as conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform design decisions. This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Designers to understand project requirements and user needs
• Assist with the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather feedback and insights
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and make improvements to existing interfaces
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our processes and products
• Assist with other design tasks and projects as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in UX design or a related role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
