Working together, our service teams, skilled designers and production staff help us ensure the quickest delivery times in the industry. Our service formula and great products mean we get a lot of repeat business from schools, companies, outfitters, social groups, and organizations of all types. Gandy Ink provides a wide range of embellishment applications from screen printing, direct to garment printing, heat applied materials and embroidery using top of the line equipment. We warehouse and embellish our garments right here in San Angelo.

Job Summary
Position is directly involved with Online Store graphics and store setup. Reports to the Online Store Manager for daily tasks and questions. Helps prioritize online store artwork and setup to meet the program deadlines.
Essential Job Functions
- Work with Online Store Manager and support specialists to carry out daily tasks
- Setup and prioritize all online stores to meet their required deadlines
- Create and format Graphics/Art for online stores
- Create order forms and make changes when needed
- Interact with customers via email and phone regarding online store questions
- Communicate with internal departments as needed for questions about online stores
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Great phone and email etiquette
- Computer literacy
- Problem solving and research skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software preferred
- Knowledge/Training of ShopWorks and Online Store programs preferred
