Inventory Analyst Coordinator

The Inventory Analyst/Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of Companies 3PL located in Conway, AR. Applicant will ensure accurate inventory records, conducting routine inventory audits, and providing recommendations on inventory management strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, detailed knowledge of inventory management processes, ability to drive continuous process improvement programs, and to drive improved performance through best-in-class supplier management practices.

Job Duties:

• Carry out data analytics, research, and response for inventory variances.
• Undertake analysis on inventory levels, aging, and obsolescence.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting progress of quarterly and monthly inventory forecast.
• Responsible for the management of excess and obsolescence.
• Scrutinize and analyze inventory issues and apply LEAN methods to prepare recommendations for policy/process improvements related to inventory tracking and accuracy.
• Audit 3PLs Inventory Management Systems, processes, and controls; ensure adherence to SOPs and parties Contract.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting tools and establish ad-hoc reporting to enhance 3PLs efficiency.
• Responsible for 3PLs adherence to service level agreement (SLA), key performance indicators (KPI). Address 3PL failures in corrective action response (CAR) program to address root cause(s).
• Responsible for analyzing data and generating monthly dashboards/reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Responsible for identifying the root cause of all inventory adjustments.
• Responsible for resolving errors or exceptions on sales/orders inbound and outbound purchase orders and transfers.
• Responsible for the 3PL's accuracy of inventory.
• Responsible for Inventory levels in Companies ERP and 3PLs WMS are aligned. Work with the Company's and 3PL's IT team to address any issues to ensure accuracy.
• Audit Product / Item Masters to ensure accuracy in Netsuite and 3PL WMS.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements as required.
