What You’ll Do

• Design & Layout: Assist in creating web banners, advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative design concepts.
• Proofing & Quality Control: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy before publication.
• Software & Tools: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to improve visual content.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside copywriters, photographers, web developers, and marketing specialists to execute campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Assist in organizing design files, archiving completed projects, and managing internal asset libraries.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to proof designs for accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
• Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
• Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
