Powersports Parts Counter Person

We are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Powersports Parts Counter Person to join our Lancaster Honda and Powersports team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a vital member of the Jones Family of Dealerships, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs while providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Powersports, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for their Powersports or Motorcycle needs.
• Process parts orders, including pulling, packing, and shipping parts to customers.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a powersports dealership or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with parts management software.
• Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 pounds.
