We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sr. Sales Manager - Americas to lead our team!
Requirements
- Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets
- Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets
- Develop, implement and oversee annual sales plan to meet annual revenue targets
- Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts and custom accounts
- Drive business development
- Local to the Kent, WA facility
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience in sales at a senior level
- OEM automotive manufacturer experience or direct links selling to this group
- Strong leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Salary range $120,000 - $160,000 plus bonus eligible
