Silverstone Living has an exciting opportunity for a talented Director of Marketing! Silverstone Living is a not-for-profit organization based in New Hampshire, offering retirement choices committed to the promise of security, independence and the “Freedom to be You.” Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Marketing role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and branding for all of our communities including Silverstone Living, Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.

- Conduct market analysis and evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
- Offer marketing tactics that are effective, proactive and engaging including establishing relationships with the local community, financial planners, realtors and estate planners.
- Understand and utilize content writing and creation, social media marketing, search engine optimization, public relations, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising and automation.
- Work with individuals, families, and groups to encourage residency at Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye. Identifies and overcomes objections.
- Analyze key marketing performance metrics and provide market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results and consumer trends.
- Develop and follow-through on the Marketing budget.
- Adjust the marketing plan to formulate unique insights to better understand the consumer and contribute towards the overall business strategy while delivering measurable results.
- Provide tools and materials for the effective functioning of the sales team. Collaborate with teams including sales, Executive Directors, CEO.
- Advise on internal and external branding including print and electronic.
- Oversee coordination with external agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide actionable plans to the sales teams, ensuring the continuous improvement of the company’s marketing efforts.
- Continually manages and monitors data analytics to identify trends.
- Create a calendar of campaigns and events.
- Design and carries out projects to generate potential residents to include direct mailings and Open House presentations.
- Utilize sales software.
- Coordinates design and production of communication pieces including annual reports, marketing brochures and presentations to prospects and board of trustees.
- Promotes a positive public and social media image of Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt, Webster at Rye and Silverstone Living.
- Build strong relationships with managers across the business.
- Participate in all mandatory in-service education programs.
- Attend and participate in meetings and/or conferences.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Proven experience in Marketing in Healthcare/ Retirement Living atmosphere preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with others and provide expert professional advice.
- Must possess leadership skills and show initiative. Be a self-starter.
- Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through and results driven.
- Proven project management success and extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing.
- Agile and calm under pressure including the ability to adapt to change.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales and/or Communications with strong social media expertise.
