Support for the preparation of cost estimates required by the management of VPE Mexico.

Participation and support for the definition of the annual maintenance budgets of the Stellantis buildings facilities in Mexico City. Participation, review and approval of the conceptual and basic engineering for the projects assigned to VPE Building Group Mexico. As well as in the CDMX (Corporate Building & Engineering Building)

Administration and implementation of buildings and civil works projects.

Complementary buildings for Services and Complementary buildings by employees, External areas) assigned to ME Building Group Mexico in the different locations of VPE México. According to GLOP026.

Complying with the planning of training programs of the group of buildings coordinated by the supervisor.

Preparation of scope of work (Engineering / Architecture / Services) of buildings and civil works facilities required, Participating with the different areas involved for the correct definition of the technical and regulatory requirements. Based on what is contained in the GLOP026 process and methodologies.

Follow-up of assigned projects (scope, cost and time) with the support of methodologies. From its assignment, engineering to delivery to the end user. From the start-up meeting, detailed engineering reviews, supervises the execution and realization of follow-up timings, measurements and estimates of work, elaborates and authorizes estimates and invoices by means of verification of executed works.

Ensure the application of all standards, corporate specifications, governmental, environmental, safety, methodologies, applicable to each of the disciplines of buildings and civil engineering facilities. As well as the knowledge and application of Policies and procedures of Stellantis.

Assure the adequate and necessary personnel, optimize the resources obtained through the contractors for the implementation of the different projects and localities of VPE Mexico.

Administer the assigned provider (s), for the activities derived from the maintenance of the facilities of Santa Fe, Product Engineering and building.

Experience in the implementation and construction of civil and electromechanical works, as well as in maintenance in all these specialties in all their aspects of buildings, exterior areas and civil works.

5+ years of experience in related field

Team management/supervsion experience

Architect and/o Engineer Degree

English intermediate-advance

Certifications/licenses: Knowledge ISO 9001 – 2015, ISO 14001-2015

Postgraduate courses: architectural design, building systems, engineering costs, management and leadership.

Structural design software, CAD, simulation, costs, Supervision and construction management, environmental quality management systems Auditor.

Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, costs, Supervision and construction management, Project Wise, Environmental Quality Management Systems

Ensure compliance with the quality management system and environmental established, documented, implemented and maintained according to the requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001, daily activities in the implementation of the projects of facilities buildings and civil engineering in manufacturing engineering, Mexico.

Knowledge of the requirements and governmental follow-ups for the obtaining of Construction Licenses. As well as the different agencies SEMA, Salud, Vialidad, Protección Civil, Desarrollo Urbano, Ecología, etc. In different locations CDMX, State of Mexico and Other States.
