Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Tech Stack, the Technology Analyst is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. This position plays a key role in driving successful project execution and maintaining high-quality digital solutions. Located in Loveland, Co and will be hybrid.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70000 - $80000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Tech Stack, the Technology Analyst is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. This position plays a key role in driving successful project execution and maintaining high-quality digital solutions. Located in Loveland, Co and will be hybrid.
In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), workflow diagrams, and process flows.
- Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure all business needs are met.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Provide tier 1 & 2 technical product support across the Hach web platform, including integrations.
- Serve as the external customer contact point to resolve website-related issues and advocate for customers internally.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Develop test scenarios to facilitate user acceptance testing and support overall testing efforts.
- Support deployment and oversee post-launch performance monitoring.
- Develop comprehensive training documentation and support end-user training efforts.
- Assist in migrating, maintaining, and updating project documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technology field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supporting and executing web and/or enterprise software development projects (e.g., ERPs, eCommerce, data warehouses, CRM, accounting systems, Web CMS, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce production environment preferred.
- Experience with database structure and relationships (PL/SQL experience is a bonus).
- Preferred hands-on programming experience in one or more of the following: PHP, Python, Java, .Net, JavaScript/AJAX, C/C++, C# (Familiarity with Angular or React is a bonus).
- Experience using web-related markup: HTML, xHTML, XML, CSS, and/or client-side scripting.
- Understanding of enterprise systems integration and architecture (Experience with headless or composable web platforms is a bonus).
- Sound understanding of website development, usability, user interface, and user experience design.
- Strong working knowledge of technical concepts, practices, and procedures of web production, including client- and server-side development.
