- Assist with Online Services, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Handle a variety of calls, from basic questions to complex issues, with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to friendly competitions and team goals while celebrating department wins.
