Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Installation: Install wiring, panels, lighting, and components across various project types following NEC and local codes.
• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets NEC and local regulatory standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and apply technical drawings to guide installations and repairs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix electrical failures using testing devices and expert techniques.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside skilled professionals to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Material Management: Organize tools and materials for smooth job execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid Virginia or West Virginia Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with residential, commercial, or industrial experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of electrical theory, systems, and tools for diagnostics and repairs.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to interpret and execute plans for complex projects.
• Problem Solving: Expert troubleshooting skills to ensure fast and accurate resolutions.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
