This role will focus on defining project objectives, overseeing project lifecycles, and coordinating the efforts of internal teams, third-party contractors, and consultants, particularly around UniFi Systems, software, and data-related projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met. They will serve as a key point of contact for teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project delivery, and alignment with organizational priorities.

The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met. They will serve as a key point of contact for teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project delivery, and alignment with organizational priorities.
In This Role You Will
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop full-scale project plans including resource estimation, budget proposals, and communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders providing timely and clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Own and manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Identify potential risks, proactively manage changes in project scope, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure all project objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget by managing team expectations and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, resolve conflicts, and ensure communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Teamwork: Build and nurture business relationships essential to the success of the project.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of related functional experience
- Proven experience in project management in the IT sector.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in networking, platforms, software development or web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
