RN Case Manager

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager for hospice care in Wichita and surrounding areas, offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will provide nursing assessments, care planning, and support to patients and families, with responsibilities including communication with physicians, maintaining patient records, and instructing caregivers. The position requires a current RN license, preferably with hospice experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to the hospice philosophy. The role involves teamwork, critical thinking, and adherence to care plans, with a schedule of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
